Problem Description
Given:
$$m={max(a,b,c)\over max(a+b,b,c)\cdot max(a,b,b+c)}$$Input a, b, c and compute m.
Implement the function that finds the maximum of three integers max(x, y, z) both as a function and as a procedure.
Input Format
Input a, b, c (0 < a, b, c < 10^9).
Output Format
Compute m, accurate to 3 decimal places.
