Problem Description

A beverage company recently launched a "collect bottle caps for a grand prize" promotion: if you have 10 caps printed with Lucky (幸运), or 20 caps printed with Encourage (鼓励), you can redeem a mystery grand prize.

Given the number of caps printed with Lucky and the number printed with Encourage that you currently have, determine whether you can redeem the grand prize.

Input Format

One line containing two integers: the number of caps printed with "Lucky" and the number printed with "Encourage", separated by a single space.

Output Format

One line. If you can redeem the grand prize, output 1; otherwise output 0.
